Psychotherapists:

Develop healthier relationship patterns

Psychiatrists:
Psychiatrists are medical doctors specialising in mental health. They provide:
Diagnosis: Assessment and diagnosis of mental health disorders.
Medication Management: Prescribing and monitoring psychiatric medications when appropriate.
Therapy: Some psychiatrists also offer therapy in conjunction with medication management. They will often work hand in hand with Psychologists and Psychotherapists to provide a holistic care for clients mental health.

Yes, we cater for Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS packages. NDIA managed plans will soon be able to access our services as we become a registered NDIS provider.
We operate a busy practice with waitlisted clients. We ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment and 5 days notice for equine assisted psychotherapy sessions.
If you cancel within the allotted notice period, you may be charged a cancellation fee. But don't worry, we will send you an email and an SMS reminder of your appointment prior.
Yes, we offer in-person, telehealth and video sessions for your convenience.
We offer 60 and 90 minute sessions depending on the degree of difficulty you are experiencing and your degree of urgency etc. Together we will assess the duration of time needed between appointments to digest and implement changes. This is something we will collaborate on together.
Bring yourself! Also if you need a support object or whatever makes you comfortable, please feel free to bring it.
